Location: Chandler, AZ

Job Description

The chosen candidate will be responsible for facility and asset management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Planning and scheduling of Facility Preventative Maintenance work and monitoring performance against the PM Master Plan
  • Revision and improvements to all aspects of the facility permanent record system including but not limited to all Manuals, PM Documentation, Retention Records, Facility Drawing Database, Site Maps, and Facility Web Portal
  • Entering and Monitoring data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities of reactive and non-recurring work
  • Organize, implement, and coordinate activities of the maintenance staff, consultants and suppliers to ensure timely completion
  • Secures information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Individual may also handle special projects as assigned by leadership
  • Manages the implementation and monitoring of asset programs.
  • Prepare reports and perform analysis.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Must have prior experience with Facility CMMS systems as well as all of the MS office suite (SAP, Maximo, DataStream, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Experience with inspections and preventative/predictive maintenance repair of all assets
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing operations
  • General knowledge of OSHA and Industrial Safety programs and practices
  • Strong experience with CAD software to produce and update detailed drawings that include building dimension, required materials, and construction procedures.


EDUCATION
High School Diploma and some additional coursework required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or Project management will be considered equivalent job-related experience.
