Job Description

Federal Contracts and Compliance Administrator needed in Winchester, VA.

Required Skills and Education

  • Must have a in depth knowledge and working understanding of the US Government Acquisition and Procurement environment, the MSA Security Contracts function and relevant company policies and procedures, commercial contracting methods, FAR/DFARS, export and other government regulations.
  • Experience with various forms of government solicitations for a variety of contract types, as well as an understanding of ordering vehicles such as GWACs and GSA schedule contracts.
  • Requires Bachelor's degree (in Business Administration or related field) or equivalent and four to six years of related (government contract administration) experience.
  • Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel at all levels, customers, and suppliers;
  • Familiarity with various reporting requirements for Government Services contractors such as eCMRA, Service Contract Reporting, Small Business Subcontracting Plans, etc.
  • Understanding of OCI issues and mitigation/avoidance strategies
  • Additional experience working with systems such as Deltek Costpoint and Cognos is a plus
  • Cost Volumes
  • CFCM, CPCM or Professional Certification desired but not required
  • Experience with both Federal, Civilian, and DoD Agencies
  • Detailed experience with representations and certifications.
  • Experience with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), etc.
