Job Description:

  • Client: Is an American provider of industrial automation and information products
  • Position Title:  Field (Sales) Administrator II
  • Positions open: 1
  • Location: SE, Calgary, AB, CAN, T2H 2C3
  • Pay Rate: $20.10/hr + 4% vacation pay
  • Duration: 1 week & 2 days assignment to start ASAP (Fri 07/13/2018 to Mon 07/23/2018
  • Number of Hours per week: 40 (8 hrs per day)

Summary/Scope of Position: 

  • Perform a wide variety of general administrative support duties for a district sales office staff.
  • Maintain sales support system databases including data entry and report generation on a routine basis and when requested.
  • Administer sales tracking and reporting tools.
  • Prepare presentation for sales staff.
  • First line of response for inquires and problems from internal and external customers.
  • Provide sales assistance for outside sales staff and for direct customers.
  • Provide computer application support for field sales staff.
  • Typically requires high school diploma and 4 to 6 years of related experience.
