Job Description

Volt is looking for Administrative Rockstars in the SF Area!!!!

Some of your responsibilities may include:

  • Audits route to verify customer service levels. Reports route discrepancies to the Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager. 
  • Contacts customers to clarify current service options or resolve service-related issues through a combination of telephone and in-person communication.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with route maintenance and sequencing activities to ensure route optimization.
  • Performs dispatch duties which include: Scheduling service and assigning drivers for special pick-ups,reassignment and arranging alternate coverage in case of employee absences or equipment failure.
  • Records schedules and hours worked by employees.
  • Assists the Maintenance department in the procurement of parts and supplies by generating purchase orders, following up with vendors as needed, and entering repair orders on the fleet maintenance system.
  • Maintains appropriate records, prepares requested reports and performs other related clerical duties.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
