Regional Services Associate Financial Administrator

As the Regional Services Associate Financial Administrator you will perform administrative and financial operation functions for Regional Services. Knowledgeable of corporate policies and practices, and has access to confidential information. Performs slightly complex accounting functions, requiring organization and some analysis.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

 • Assist in administration of Services contracts. Check that proposals submitted to customers follow the correct verification and approval process. Help to estimate financial risks and take appropriate action to signal any violation of company policy.

 • Ensure accuracy in Changepoint set-up and throughout the Services invoicing and accrual process. • Assist with coordination of Independent Contractors, including contracts and purchase orders, time and expense entry as needed.

• Provide business partnership to Services Managers in support of closing month, quarter and year-end business. Ensure integrity of revenue and expense reporting. Monitor Services funnel and team with Project Managers to ensure accuracy.

 • Assist in analytical projects, especially involving budgets and financial reviews. Develop key operating metrics which enable proactive decision-making and provide early indicator of risk and opportunity.

 • Serve as interface to internal and external customers and as a focal point to resolve cash collection issues with Collections and Account Management. Collaborate with other staff and departments as needed.

 • Support resource scheduling with Visual Planner. Required Knowledge and Experience:

 • 2-4 years in administrative/financial position in corporate environment

• Associates degree in Business or Accounting, or equivalent experience.

 Bachelor’s degree desired.

• Knowledge of accounting principles including accruals, deferrals and contract administration

. • MS Office; Changepoint, Visual Planner and QAD software a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team environment

. Detail-oriented and organized. Able to set priorities, manage time and handle highly confidential information.
