Customer Service - First Notice of Loss Representative

A local Erie company, that is a recognized leader in their industry and continues to grow, has immediate opportunities for their First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Center.  These positions will be providing excellent customer service, while answering initial claim/loss calls. This position will work Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, however flexibility may be required for occasional Saturday hours. 

These positions are a great way to demonstrate your customer service ability and may provide a chance for additional career opportunities.

What do you need to be successful?

This position will require you to take calls and provide support continually throughout the day and you must have:   

  • Customer Service Fanatic mindset
  • Positive, patient, and pleasant communication always
  • Ability to listen and follow processes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with very strong data entry skills (accuracy is necessary) 
  • Commitment to excellent attendance and reliability
