Job Description

Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Irvine to help identify a Fleet Vehicle Administrator for immediate hire.

In this role you will administer the daily operation of specific functions related to company vehicles in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. You will develop analytical tools to monitor and track company vehicle inventories at all levels, make recommendations to reduce overall operating costs and recommend corrective actions in order to achieve greater levels of efficiency. 

Specific duties may entail:

  • support management in planned and ad hoc projects/activities
  • administer the 3rd party lease program for the life cycle of the loan from ordering to disposal
  • process out of state registrations in a timely manner to align with new vehicle arrival or registration expiration dates for renewals
  • coordinate processing of all new CA registrations with department team members as well as renewals
  • complete monthly dealer statement and audit all transactions ensuring no duplications or non-compliant charges

We are looking for someone with 6 months or more analytics and reporting experience. We need someone detail oriented who can meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills are a must as well as advanced proficiency in Excel, using pivot tables and v look-ups.

Pay is based on experience.  Hours are full time, M-F from 8am - 5pm. Position is long term indefinite temp for now but offers a foot in the door of a global organization always hiring on our top talent. A completed BA/BS degree is highly preferred.
