Job Description

Volt is currently hiring for a Front Desk Coordinator in their Fremont, CA office.

As a Coordinator for Volt, you will be working in a high-volume staffing operation.  If you are a quicker learner, have strong customer service experience and can multi task this is an awesome opportunity for you!

Additional Job Details

  • Start Date: August 2019
  • Schedule: Standard business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F) although overtime during the week and Saturdays may be needed due to business needs
  • Duration: Open-ended assignment
  • Full/Part Time: Full time (40 hours)

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Ability to multi-task, research, use standard Microsoft Office programs, internet search, etc.)
  • Ability to self-prioritize workload
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability - able to move quickly between assigned tasks

Job Duties

  • Greet candidates who walk into the office and direct as appropriate
  • Answer phones and support candidate inquiries as necessary
  • Support recruiting team with on-boarding newly hired candidates
  • Administer required testing for clients as necessary
  • Extend job offers and facilitate on boarding
  • Candidate follow up and scheduling of pre employment screening
  • Other administrative duties as needed by the operation
