We are currently seeking a Full Time Front desk service coordinator!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Communicate and engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming way
  • Answer a multi-line phone system, connect clients to appropriate departments or resolve general service questions 
  • Ensure client’s vehicle is brought up to service drive in a timely manner
  • Ensure paper work is accurate and filed in dedicated area

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Dealership experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills, preferably luxury customer service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
  • Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Outgoing, friendly, bubbly personality
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
