Volt has exciting opportunities for a food manufacturing company in Fresno!

Overtime is available!  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The actual duties required of this position may vary. This list is not exhaustive of all duties that the position holder may be required to perform.

•  Peel casings prior to slicing or packaging
•  Slice products
•  Weigh products according to the packaging/customer specifications
•  Manually load each pouch after product is sliced
•  Inspect quality, casings, labels and box counts
•  Prepare products and pack based upon customer orders
•  Label finished good products per customer specifications
•  Box products according to amount specification and inspect final packages
•  Other duties within the department may be assigned
•  Frequently lift, carry and/or move 40lbs or more.
•  Frequent standing.
•  Occasionally required to walk, climb, reach, bend/twist, kneel/squat and crawl.
•  While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly conducts   repetitive motion

Job Requirements:

• Able to work up to 14 days a week
• Able to work over 8 hours on their feet
• Be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Work weekends
• Able to adapt well in a fast-pasted environment.
• Be able to keep up with the speed of a machine
• Warehouse experience is a plus!
