Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking for an experienced Global Finance Support Center Specialist to join our client's Accounting Department team, located in Austin TX. If you are interested in working for one the worlds leading electronics manufactures please apply. 

Role description:

  • Handling questions via email and telephone addressing vendor setup, tax forms and banking, and payment related issues, as well as policy, procedure, system access, and tool usage questions.
  • Reporting/escalating issues through the appropriate channels. 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • This position requires experience using a user support tool, categorization of issues, managing a queue, reallocating tickets, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to navigate through ambiguous issues, ability to work quickly with great accuracy, passion for constant improvement, and commitment to exceptional customer service. 

Additional Details: 

  • SAP experience in Accounts Payable preferred 
  • Obsession with customer service 
  • Pro-active individual who is detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple priorities
