Job Description

Our client, based in San Francisco, is seeking a Help Desk Lead. 

The daily job duties include working with multiple teams to support and troubleshoot all technical issues with the following platforms: PC, MAC as well as mobile devices.  A primary job will be to ensure that technical issues are resolved in a timely matter and it is documented.

The Responsibilities:

  • Installation, operation and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Work with local vendors regarding all software and hardware purchases
  • Create IT Service Desk
  • Work with multiple departments internally as well as well as client vendor support


  • Help Desk lead experience
  • Background with multiple platforms including PC, MAC.
  • Troubleshooting problems and experience with documentation.
  • Google application environment or any experience with G-Suite
  • Single sign-on experience
