                     Helpdesk Support Long-term Contract Opportunity!

This role is a critical position in supporting a large user-base by resolving technology issues, assisting in remedying business process issues, managing the lifecycle of User’s hardware & software, and maintaining inventory. Consult/train user-base on company policies, standards, information security awareness, and business continuity practices.

What experience do you need to be successful?
• Ability to work independently, with team, and with user-base in a professional manner
• Experience in troubleshooting and critical incident management
• Experience supporting Windows 7 & 10 O/S and Microsoft applications
• Excellent oral and written, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Microsoft Office 2013 to 365
• Anti-virus/Anti-malware
• Mobile Devices and Applications (smartphone and tablets)
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience.
