Job Description

Volt has 8 openings for a Help Desk Support Specialist to provides first line technical support to computer customers with one of our major Client’s in Bloomfield, Colorado.

Job Description:

  • Provide first line technical support to computer customers with questions regarding account administration, distribution of software and documentation, system and network status, and problem entry via problem tracking tool.
  • Maintain and update tracking tool. May report recurring problems to management.
  • Interact daily with supervisor, peer groups, and customers. Interaction normally involves exchanges or presentation of factual information.

Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • 2+ years technical training.

AN ACTIVE US GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED
