Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a Helpdesk Technician for a 12-month contingent to hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. We are among the largest IT recruitment firms in the US for contingent/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top-rated IT companies in the Pacific Northwest.

In this role you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting VoIP and network connectivity issues. This is a call center environment, so customer service skills are essential. They offer 2.5 weeks of training for this position.


*6 months + of experience in the IT field or Degree in IT related discipline.

*Background providing phone support or customer service is a plus

*Candidates with strong technical aptitude and are pursuing IT education will also be considered.

*Currently holding relevant network certifications (Network+, CCNA, etc) is a plus
