Provide desktop support to users.

Will need to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hardware, (Dell laptops, Dell Desktops, Wyse terminals & other equipment).

Provide support on Mas Office, MS Lync (Skype for business, Symantec and others).

Support active directory (basic functions, create accounts, disable accounts, reset passwords & etc.).

Provide support for mobile devices (phones, Ipads and others).

**Candidates must have a focus on customer services, as well as be organized and document all work performed.

**The technician needs to be very energetic and enthusiastic about taking care of the users and be able to convey that to those that are helped.

**The technician will need have the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.  Notice of 48 to 72 hours will normally be provided, but there may also be emergencies that arise that don’t allow the normal notice.
