HR Benefits Analyst

6 Month contracted Opportunity!

M-F, 8am-5pm

Downtown Portland

Key objective for the Role:

  • Responsible for the administration of the various benefit plans and programs offered to employees.
  • Have primarily responsibility for managing the company’s leave and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) programs for its employees, and will assist with other program administration and projects as assigned
  • Participates in providing manager training on leave and ADA laws and company policies
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date, legally compliant policies, notices and communications

Position Requirements:

  • Experience administering leave or ADA program preferred. Experience administering disability benefit program or claims, also helpful
  • Knowledge of leave and ADA laws preferred. Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate details of benefit laws and employee benefit plans required
  • Ability to identify implications/conclusions from logical analysis to resolve issues of moderate scope and complexity
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and work cooperatively with others in alignment with team objectives
  • Pre-employment screenings: Drug Screen, Background Check and Education Verification.


  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree. Degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred
  • 2+ Years of HR experience required
