Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions in partnership with a growing International Company is in search of a HR Business Partner for their Seattle team.  This is a Direct Hire Opportunity so please apply today!  

Job Duties:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of company strategies and successfully execute company’s agenda in support of organizational objectives
  • Own, drive and successfully drive company programs that propel the business forward agenda in the business day-to-day, including but not limited to performance and talent management
  • Influence adoption of broader people strategies within assigned departments, people managers and their teams
  • Partner with recruiting team to support the acquisition of new skills and competencies
  • Facilitate organizational and cultural change
  • Connect with employees to enhance employee engagement, career development and retention
  • Develop, implement and administer policies and programs to ensure company complies with local, state, federal and international legislation while nurturing a positive work environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Master’s Degree preferred
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred
  • 5-7 years of HR experience including employee relations, employment, diversity, compensation, benefits, and training
  • Expertise in the SHRM Competency Model which includes relationship management, ethical practice, communication, consultation, leadership, global and cultural effectiveness, and critical evaluation
  • Experience with Multi-State HR support required, Global experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and HR systems and Databases
