HR Employee Care Coordinator

Volt is currently seeking an HR/Employee Care Coordinator for Rosemount Measurement & Analytical, a business unit of Emerson Automation Solutions. This is a long-term temporary position working remotely from your home.

Basic Job Function

Manage the Emerson Employee Covid Hotline

Mon – Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible)


  • Handle all incoming calls/emails that come into the Emerson Covid Hotline
  • Complete an intake form including explanation of exposure and symptoms of Covid
  • Assess the need to quarantine by the given guidelines per Emerson
  • Responsible for handling the screening process for employees returning to work from a Covid related quarantine 
  • 100% remote position.  You will be provided a laptop with the necessary tools needed
  • Use Microsoft Office 365 for communications and reporting purposes
  • First point of contact for Emerson employees and any Covid or HR related questions
  • Completing special project and/or reporting as requested


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use logic and understand the importance of discretion
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively, interface with employees and function well as a team from a remote location
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word knowledge
  • Some secondary education preferred
  • Experience in human resources, customer service and/or healthcare would make a perfect candidate
