Volt has partnered with a leading automotive company in Fountain Valley to help identify an experienced HR Operations Admin for immediate hire.

In this role you will provide administrative support to the HR team. Specific duties may include:

  • Processing invoices, check requests, and purchase requests / orders for the HR department
  • Work with Finance to resolve any related issues
  • Provide month end departmental accruals to Finance
  • Submit monthly travel bill and backup reporting
  • Assist in the coordination of employee events
  • Respond to general employee questions/requests
  • Assist in the administration of Benefits programs and other HR projects as assigned (fitness center access, depositing of checks, creating new hire benefit packets)
  • Process tuition reimbursement
  • Manage and distribute monthly service awards
  • Prepare termination packets
  • Coordinate requests and process corporate flower and retirement gift orders
  • Coordinate Corporate subscriptions for company
  • Other HR responsibilities as assigned

We are looking for someone with:

  • 6 months or more administrative experience, HR experience is preferred but not required

Position will start on June 10, 2019 and is expected to last until the end of December 2019 with potential to go longer. Pay rate is $23/hr. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm.
