Volt Workforce Solutions is currently searching for an experienced Human Resource Project Analyst for one of our major client’s in Philadelphia, PA.

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual as an Human Resource Project Analyst to work collaboratively in our Human Resources Operations dynamic team. The focus areas include project management support, HR process documentation, intranet maintenance, and general HR administration.

Hours:            Monday – Friday      Flexible hours between 7 am - 6 pm

Duration:        12 months

Pay Rate:       $ 30 - $ 35 hour Depend on Experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Project Leads with project plans, weekly status reports and assist with the maintenance of other project-related documentation, including but not limited to, project charters, action item and issues tracking, project inventory, etc.
  • Assist with managing and expanding the content on HR-owned SharePoint sites and the documentation of internal HR processes and procedures
  • Prepare confidential and non-confidential correspondence, presentations materials, training aids, reports, and other communications for meetings and learning events
  • Support and coordinate projects with other members of Human Resources and other key stakeholders
  • Contribute to development of tactics, planning, and execution of initiatives to support human resources projects
  • Support, research, analyze, develop, and document new and existing processes, procedures and solutions to meet business needs
  • Handle planning and preparation for meetings/conferences and conference calls, both on-site and off-site.

Required Education

  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and 2+ years experience in Human Resources or Project Management

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Prefer proficient use of project management software, business process mapping and reporting/analytics

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently, with strong initiative, follow-through, organizational and interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of employees and maintain confidentiality.
  • An approachable demeanor and a service orientation;
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization inclusive of Executive Management.
  • A detail, deliverable mindset with the ability to integrate information to accurately understand and apply it to an overall procedure and / or process.
