Volt is actively looking for a human resource assistant for a company here in Fresno,CA.  This company is looking for someone dedicated that is eager to learn and grow their skills.

Requirements

• Associate degree in HR-related field required 
• Recruiting experience 
• Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience preferably in HR department (or the equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Required Skills
• Knowledge of relevant federal, state and local registration relating to Human Resources, i.e. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Affirmative Action, ADA, FMLA.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively plan and prioritize work.
• Ability to maintain collaborative working relationships to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel)

Temp to Hire

Part time 25-30 (closer to 30) hours per week

Must have flexible availability from 7:30am-5pm (schedule varies)

Pay ranges from $23-$25/hour
