Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with multiple clients looking for the right individual in their Human Resource Department. (Generalist, Coordinators, etc)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Interprets company policies and supports leaders in understanding the application to their day-to-day roles.
  • Administer benefits programs.
  • Provide administration to leave of absences (FMLA, Sick, Personal, etc.)
  • Conduct full-cycie recruiting efforts for assigned searches leveraging the support of the Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate the on-boarding process for newly hired employees; review paperwork with all new hires; suggest and implement changes where appropriate
  • Conduct investigations of employee relations issues and recommend course of action,  Coach supervisors on employee related issues such as misconduct utilizing company policies, procedures, and recommend appropriate actions ensuring consistency with past practices and applicable laws, standards, and government regulations.
  • Prepare employee separation and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind voluntary separations.
  • Develop and maintain standard work instructions for processes and tasks in assigned areas of responsibility
  • Coordinate employee communication meetings including Communicator meetings with employee and management representatives
  • Provide assistance with recognition program. Plan and coordinate employee events. Provide assistance with the implementation of new programs, initiatives and projects as assigned.

Experience:

  • Require a Bachelor's degree. Requires 3-5 years’ experience in similar role in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Experience with Success Factors and ADP eTime preferred

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web browsers
  • Proficient in the use of HRIS, Time & Attendance/Payroll System, ATS, LMS (Success Factors, ADP Workforce and eTime, preferred)
