Volt is actively recruiting for a Human Resources/Contact tracer to work with a shoe and apparel company in Santa Fe Springs, CA  

Shift and Pay:  Day Shift - working Saturday- Wednesday

Pay is 20.00-23.00 per hour. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

The Contact Tracer position focuses on activities involving people who may have been exposed to the virus, through close contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19.

This position will require prioritization, prompt action, and attention to detail in documentation and data management as multiple investigations will be conducted simultaneously.

Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening

Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Ability to use sound judgment in responding to client issues and concerns

Bilingual in Spanish.
