The ideal candidate will possess the following: 

• Associates degree in Human Resources or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources

As the human resources generalist, you will be responsible for managing the following:

• Safety program and committee, handbook and policies and procedures
• WSI claims and knowledge of North Dakota Worker's Compensation guidelines
• Recruit, interview, and select applicants for open positions
• Oversee all applicable human resources functions including hiring, new employee orientation, terminations, coaching and counseling employees
• Maintain all documentation for employees including safety compliance forms and employee handbooks
• Assist administration with special projects and contracts
• Other duties as assigned

This is a great opportunity and pay is $52,000 to $63,000 per year DOE!!!
