Volt Workforce Solutions is excited to partner with an ever growing local manufacturing company seeking to bring on an HR Manager to support their team in Paso Robles, CA.

SUMMARY:

The HR Manager has direct involvement in labor relations, recruitment and retention, employee communications, career development, wage & hour compliance, learning and development, workers’ compensation and legal matters related to company employees at all levels.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

• 5+ years experience in Human Resources Management role.
• Spanish fluency, written/oral.
• Proficient in Employment Law and Regulations.
• Compensation & Wage Structure experience. 
• Strong analytical problem solving skills. Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• Employee Relations and Benefit Information Experience, like open enrollment. 
• Trustworthy, discrete and a high degree of personal integrity to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
• Dependable, energetic and service oriented to focus on manufacturing associates on the shop-floor and provide effective leadership and training to managers and supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• PHR or SPHR certification
