Job Description

We are seeking a qualified, detailed and goal oriented customer service Talent Acquisition professional to join the Talent Acquisition Operations team. The successful candidate must have the ability and confidence to take initiative and exercise sound business judgment and maintain discretion and confidentiality of personal and propriety information. 

• Position provides operational support to the Talent Acquisition organization, its members and other business partners and customers at large. 
• Performs a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. 
• May establish and document TA processes and procedures, and conducts and supports on-going internal and external audits. 
• Serve as the primary liaison between RMS TA and Local Site and Global Security Services. 
• Other daily responsibilities as assigned and may include, but are not limited to: auditing clearance processing status, communicating with applicants and RMS team members regarding clearance processing status and actions, identifying potential process gaps and proposing solutions 
• Ability to work within established service level agreements. 

Required Skills: 
• High School diploma 
• 4 years of overall experience working in a fast paced recruiting, HR, customer service or other comparable environments. 
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, maintain appropriate business acumen and communicate effectively verbally and in writing. 
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint 
• Data entry experience 

Desired Skills: 
• Associates degree 
• Experience with Applicant Tracking and other HR systems preferred. 
• Prior DOD contractor experience a plus. 
• Prior DOD Security Clearance Processing knowledge       Volt is an equal opportunity employer
