Great opportunity for recent college graduate looking for an entry level position in Human Resources!

Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with an internationally known company in Fountain Valley to help identify an Admin to Support their Human Resources (Talent Acquisition and Training) departments.

Job Duties will entail:

  • supporting the planning, organizing and coordinating a wide variety of local and global training initiatives and programs
  • supporting the talent acquisition process with a focus on recruitment and onboarding initiatives
  • conducting needs assessments
  • scheduling staff for training
  • supporting the company’s learning management system
  • analyzing usage of e-learning
  • managing the evaluation process for all learning including quarterly and yearly reporting on learning events
  • collaborating with the Talent Management team on the creation and marketing of learning and development programs
  • monitoring and analyzing user utilization and trends using LMS data; assist with phone screens
  • overseeing background and drug testing
  • checking employment references
  • ensuring successful hiring and onboarding process and completion of new hire paperwork

Requirements:

  • strong administrative skills
  • proficiency in MS Office
  • a completed BA/BS degree
  • passion to work in a Human Resources or Training environment
  • WE WILL CONSIDER RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATES LOOKING TO PURSUE A CAREER IN HUMAN RESOURCES

Hours are full time, M-F from 8am - 5pm. Position is long term temp, estimated to last 12 months or more and offers a foot in the door of a top company always hiring on our top talent for other positions.
