Philadelphia, PA Area!

We hare currently looking for a full cycle Human Resources Professional for one of our reputable companies in The Philadelphia Area.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
  • Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the company
  • Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each month and make recommendations to improve the company’s current offerings
  • Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing support and direction to all levels of employees regarding regards employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, disciplinary process, company policies & procedures and local/national employment & labor laws
  • Full life cycle recruiting support, including position management and validation, posting, screening/interviewing, offer process and pre- and post-onboarding activities
  • Support payroll initiatives to support to Corporate HR for processing, including bi weekly preparation and validation, bonus validation and employee additions, terms and changes
  • Deliver, train and support new performance initiatives management and employees
  • Additional support and collaboration on both site-specific and company-wide HR Team initiatives including monthly and annual HR Metrics & reporting, employee communications, employee engagement activities, and HR Change Management initiatives.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies, and champion these solutions within the organization
  • Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:

Bachelor’ Degree in Human Resources or related business field

1+ years’ experience in a human resources position
