Job Description

VOLT’s client is looking for an Information Systems Analyst.

This is a 6-12 month contract Contingent/Temporary position in Spokane, WA. This is offered through Volt Workforce Solutions. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support many of the top-rated IT companies in the US!


This non-exempt position is responsible for software and hardware support, telecommunications, maintenance, database administration, website administration, with a mission to achieve high levels of system availability, usability, security, and client service for our client  


  • Works with attorneys and staff to resolve technical issues for applications and services via that helpdesk.
  • Maintains network topology, switches, routers, modems, and other devices.
  • Maintains and provides support for all operating systems, applications, and internet services.
  • Maintains and provides support for telecommunication system.
  • Installs and maintains and network computers, printers, and other peripheral equipment.
  • Assists and supports remote personal devices to the extent required to enable reliable remote access.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and provide personal training for common end user application software.
  • Responsible for performing system data backups.
  • Provides training as needed for staff and attorneys.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Requires excellent communication skills.
  • Occasional required travel, training, and work outside of normal business hours as circumstances necessitate.
  • Performs additional duties as requested by supervisor.  


  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or minimum two (2) years related experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise with microcomputers and applications required. Demonstrated ability to perform network maintenance and support, ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, staff, and clients at all levels of technical ability.
  • Must have a broad understanding of legal processes, technology trends.
  • In-depth experience delivering and supporting technology services to a wide range of users and clients.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft servers, Microsoft Office 365, Citrix XenApp, thin-client computing, cloud computing, and other office applications are highly desirable.
