Volt has an opportunity for you to become part of a prestigious team of professionals. We are seeking a Infrastructure Analyst to work onsite at our client’s facility in Moline, IL.  This is a contingent position expected to last 2+ years.   

Must be available to work W2 for Volt, No C2C or 3rd party vendors

Primary Responsibilities:

Selected candidates will support an infrastructure that promotes delivery of Collaboration services.

Services include:

  • PC content sharing & control, web conferencing, video conferencing, streaming events, and audio conferencing integration
  • Evaluate and continuously improve the processes to maintain alignment with business needs
  • Provide Tier-II and III enterprise Collaboration problem analysis and recovery to ensure availability of global collaboration services o Provides support off shift as required
  • Support Large events/Meetings in person
  • Manage small sized Projects
  • Participate in scoping, planning, & prioritizing work o Cross train with other subject matter experts
  • Manage monthly team metrics to leadership
  • Participate in team mailbox and ticket requests

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of conferencing systems, such as: Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Lync, Microsoft Skype for Business, Video Bridging, Tandberg & Polycom video conferencing
  • Understanding of audio & video devices: cameras, video switching, scaling, & processing, video displays, projectors, microphones, audio mixers, speaker systems
  • Experience with desktop client software, video editing software; i.e. Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
