Job Description

As an Inside Delivery Advisor, you'll be responsible for producing the most memorable moment in any Car Owner's lives, the delivery of their new electric car. The role of the Inside Delivery Advisor is to educate, inspire and skillfully guide potential customers through the vehicle purchase, configuration and delivery process.

The ideal candidate will possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, unshakeable moral fortitude, and a strong awareness of appropriate behavior when supporting customers. Responsibilities


• Help the customer prepare for the delivery of their vehicle by guiding them through financing, trade-ins, incentives and relative state and local sales form processes.


• Communicate financing and trade-in options and suggest suitable alternatives when necessary.


• Manage customer and operations interactions


• Perform paperwork preparation prior to delivery.


• Develop an in-depth knowledge of vehicle drive systems and features and be able to relay this information the customer.


• Monitor and manage pipeline flow and customer appointments to ensure an accurate and efficient delivery process.


• Utilize or learn CRM system skills to ensure accurate and timely information is available to management.


• Report customer feedback to corporate marketing and product development teams to improve product acceptance and ensure we deliver an incredible Experience


• Development and maintenance of a sales pipeline, achieving both personal and group monthly metric targets.


• Maximize and leverage phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to activity metrics, and call structure and control for opportunity qualification and objection handling

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


• Self-starter who takes initiative, goal-oriented and highly motivated.


• Creative thinker with the ability to resolve critical problems quickly and independently.


• Able to build and maintain strong working relationships across several business units.


• Must have a valid Driver's License and/or a valid State ID, and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record.


• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts.


• Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, internet navigation, CRM applications- preferably Salesforce.com) preferred.


• Legal right to work in the United States.


• Ability to obtain DMV Salesperson’s License.


• Requirement to follow information security policy.
