Instructional Designer needed!!

This role requires a good grasp of instructional design best practices and a passion for creating engaging, challenging training for a variety of applications. Ability to display a high level of creativity and analytical skill which will be used to create learning content for a variety of both technical and non-technical purposes.  

Experience: 

3-4 years’ experience developing courseware in the L&D/E-Learning field. Working knowledge of Captivate and / or Storyline. LMS/LCMS Knowledge preferable. Expertise in MS Office Suite. Adobe Suite Knowledge preferable

Responsibilities:

  • Uses grounding in both theory and practice of fundamental TNA best practice to be able to work independently with customer and end user to perform best practice analysis.
  • Is able to build and maintain effective customer relationships from project to project and work with stakeholders to achieve effective learning outcomes.
  • Builds effective storyboards in clear, well-designed layouts that contain at least some more complex interactions or multimedia content, should it be needed and adapts to the requirement of the job.
  • Has a thorough grounding in pedagogical best practices, and also has a grasp on the larger implications of training effectivity across the learning enterprise, can identify where existing courses may be weak and can make recommendations accordingly.
  • Has an understanding of delivery methods, and is able to create blended learning solutions that give good results at least a level 2 on the Kirkpatrick scales for training effectivity.
