Job Description

Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify an Internal Communications and Talent Management Coordinator.

In this role you would:

  • Assist with internal communications requests
  • Assist with survey management in SurveyMonkey (survey design and data analysis)
  • Support various training programs for manager and employee engagement with scheduling, training logistics, follow-ups on  training completions, etc.
  • Support  Talent Management team by scheduling employee engagement data review meetings, compiling reports and helping prepare for Talent Review and Succession Planning meetings
  •  Assist with managing High Potential Employee program by organizing employee data, collecting feedback on career development paths and compiling the data into effective presentations
  • Other Duties as assigned

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with very strong attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • AdobePro  Photoshop design skills is a plus
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors Platform is a plus

Hours are M-F from 8am – 5pm. Position is long term temp, estimated to last 6 months.Pay rate is based on experience.Position will start off remote and eventually require you work onsite once the company returns back to work so we will only consider LOCAL CANDIDATES at this time.
