Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking an Administrative professional for a great company on the South West side of Albuquerque.

In this position you will be completing the following tasks:

  • Entering Sales Orders and Purchase Orders for Inventory control
  • Track and Monitor Inventory Movement
  • Assist in creating Bills of Ladings, packing lists and shipping labels.
  • Assist in verifying inventory inbound and outbound
  • Log all movement in spreadsheet to track number of pallets going in and out of warehouse at any given time.
  • Coordinate cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of Inventory Controls
  • Knowledge of a Warehouse Management system such as Scanco or Sage
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Bilingual-Spanish
