Job Description


We are looking for a motivated and analytical candidate who is willing to learn and translate analysis into actionable insights. The candidate will have a big growth opportunity within the company.


The inventory team provides support to a FORTUNE 500 company in sales, inventory and strategic support. We are responsible for product replenishing 15 Distribution Centers and 13,000+ stores.


  • Play a key role in the day to day of inventory flow and ERP record maintenance
  • Conduct analysis of sales and customer data to support sales strategies
  • Manage inventory movement and assure the integrity of all system record processing
  • Thorough understanding of ERP system functionality and maintenance plus the ability to build structure and set controls within the department
  • Execute store replenishments and ensure inventory allocation is proper to demand and supply
  • Establish structure to support operative tasks to protect the accuracy of system records
  • Own all inventory analytics, reporting, and procedures
  • Participate in and contribute towards process improvement initiatives and goals
  • Analytical capabilities to identify risk to inventory and sales
  • Streamline all inventory processing procedures in current state
  • Validate system data accuracy and work with IT reporting team to maximize system use & efficiency
  • Handle large volumes of data in Microsoft Excel 
  • Other duties as needed


  • BA/BS in Business or related field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office tool, particularly advanced skills in Excel is required
  • Strong emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to translate analysis into actionable insight
  • Good communication skills; written, oral and inter-personal
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
  • Ability to work independently and employ effective time management skills
  • Strong emphasis on organizational skills
  • Experience with retail and inventory maintenance is a plus

*Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, $17 per hour + DOE
