The purpose of the Inventory Clerk is to ensure accurate inventory counts, both physical and electronic of all available Stock Keeping Units (SKU’s) 

Essential Responsibilities
• Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions within ERP system.

• Cycle Counting of SKU’s to confirm physical counts match ERP counts.

• Work closely with all departments to resolve inventory discrepancies and reconcile as needed.

• Maintain and update inventory records.

• Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures.

• Report any stock issues to management and make recommendations of product orders as necessary.

• Prepare a list of depleted products and a survey of unusable products.

• Responsible for compliance with food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.

• Adhere to applicable prerequisite programs (PRP) per HACCP requirement.

• Other duties as assigned.

• A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.

• One (1) year of job-related experience is preferred to perform at this level.

• Must be able to read and write in English, as well as basic proficiency in math.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of Inventory process.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience working with internal customers.

• Ability to function with minimal supervision.

• PC proficiency required, especially Windows-based programs such as Microsoft Office Suite. WMS and ERP experience a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, customer service and communication skills.
