Job Description

Volt is looking for an Inventory Management Assistant to help with the day to day Business and support for the Clinical Trial’s Inventory Management. The person in this role will work in partnership with CTMMS CT Distribution team and outsourced depot staff to provide in order to provide Daily Transactional Support related to management of CT Material’s.   • Perform Extension Dating and Caution Stickering of CT Material
  • Liaison between Distribution Support Services and Floor Operations
  • Perform Cycle Counting for all K401 CT Material
  • Provide reporting and metrics as related to cycle counts and destructions
  • Assist when necessary with Pick, Pack and Ship Operations
  • Perform other duties as needed Answer questions as required by CT Distribution regarding status of returns
  • Subject Matter Expertise and support for the Clinical Trial Site Return Material Process.
  • Update Returns tool o Process returns from sites daily
  • Resolve data issues
  • Manage returns email box and process data and requests
  • Provide reporting and metrics
  • Answer questions as required by CT Distribution regarding status of returns
  • Conduct the weekly/monthly/quarterly data checks for all Zone 1 managed depots.
  • Calculate and input item pricing in Distribution System.
  • Provide transaction history reports to Clinical sites as required.

Basic Requirements:

  • Experience with Distribution
  • Standing, lifting (up to 50lbs.) and bending are required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet timelines and to be cross trained to perform multiple assignments
  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in a multi-cultural setting
  • Learning agility and self-management skills
  • Ability to learn a variety of IT systems (e.g. CT Win/PMX)
  • Willingness to work in a chilled environment (5c) for extended hours
  • Willingness to work overtime with minimal notice
