Volt Workforce Solutions is currently looking for qualified candidates for one of our well-known clients in Bellefonte, PA Inventory Management Site Specialist.


Job Title:   Inventory Management Site Specialist

Duration:   12 months

Shift:           1st Shift

Pay Rate:  $16.00 - $17.50/hour



This position is primarily focused on the customer service and inventory management aspects of Site Managed Services which include the following:

Stockroom / POU management, dispensing of product, Assist with stockroom duties to include receiving, cycle counts, and other functions 

Utilize the advanced functionality of systems and applications such as: RIMS, PacTrac, SciQuest &/or WorkDay and Microsoft Office Suite  

Order entry, order expediting, customer service call resolution

Return goods authorization, processing of backorders,

Vendor and customer interaction, problem resolution

Follow well defined procedures as outlined by Best Practices, SOP’s & work instructions.

Makes decisions and utilizes available resources to meet customer requirements, independently.

Analyzes/maintains/reconciles various customer and Fisher reports to ensure customer and requirements are met.

Demonstrates proficiency at capturing, presenting and explaining job or site-specific performance metrics.

Communicates with supervisor any customer issues or potential problems and may help identify solutions.

Embraces Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies.

Utilizes basic systems or performs the functions stated below: Requisition & Inventory Management System (RIMS) barcode scanner input device.

Access & utilize Customer Intranet and SharePoint document management system.

Perform other duties as assigned


HS Diploma or GED

Must be able to read, write and speak English.

High level of confidentiality

Must have 3 to 5 years of progressive relevant experience.

Must be proficient with a computer and the Microsoft Office Suite software.

Must be able to lift 10-20 lbs packages

Strong desire to serve the customer, be customer focused while delivering excellent customer service including maintaining a professional appearance always

Must possess the organizational skills and ability to multi-task
