Bilingual Inventory Worker (English/Spanish)

Family Owner and Operated Nursery in Carpinteria CA is hiring for an Inventory Worker. This is a Full-time permanent opportunity working Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, and Saturdays from 7:00am – 12 noon. The position offers Medical Healthcare Coverage and Life Insurance. 

The position pays $14.00 - $14.50 an hour to start. You get a 60-day performance review that can include a raise depending on how good you did in your first 2 months.

This is an hourly position, so you get paid for Overtime.

The main function of this role is picking plants and hanging them so that they can dry. Once they dry you move the packed plants to be shipped.

Requirements; 

Agriculture field work experience preferred or picking and packing experience preferred

Ability to work outside or inside.

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time

Must be able to lift 40lbs with no issues.

Must speak Spanish and English

Must be able to count and do basic math

Must be able to work M-S full-time, plus overtime with no issues 

Must have reliable transportation 

Must be a hard worker and have a positive attitude 

Must be able to work in an Agriculture environment
