Job Description

VOLT is seeking candidates for "IOT Device Senior Test Developer" role for our client on Seattle eastside. Candidate needs to reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Seattle area and work onsite from time to time in the client's lab.  This is a contract role.

Responsibilities

Define quality standard for GPS/Bluetooth Connection

Find performance framework and how to make device operate.

Wanting GPS expertise-usability

Coding piece is not an issue-have consultancy doing this

Explain challenges between Wi-Fi and Bluetooth--how it works and from user perspective what are challenges; how to measure it and how to improve it.

Test IOT devices data streaming

Test wireless devices using GPS, cellular, and Bluetooth connections.

Develop tests and test automation for data platform

Maintain and develop data quality measurements and test automation data platform, reports, and applications

Develop self-service tools for users to do their own data analysis

Develop a thorough understanding of data and their business usage

Maintain, develop, and improve clinical data platform

Learn and apply relevant up to date cloud technologies

Qualifications

•       2+ years of working with wireless IOT devices using GPS, cellular, and Bluetooth connections.

•        5+ years of software testing and test automation

•         2+ years of data quality and reports testing
