Volt Workforce Solutions has an opportunity for you to become part of a prestigious team of professionals. We are seeking candidates for the Help Desk  position for our client in the Midwest.

Candidate Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for providing Level I Collaboration Team support. The position will be responsible for handling Remedy incident tickets, setting up new users in Exchange, creating and maintaining shared distribution email groups, and assist with the Office 365 deployment and support.

Typical Day:

Individual and team work. Hours are flexible. When they first start core hours will be from 9am-3pm.

Educational Requirements:

Associates required. Bachelors preferred. Technology degree preferred.

Technical Skills:

1-3 years of experience required. Microsoft Exchange and Outlook experience required - will consider internships as experience (setting up new users/creating distribution lists/basic administration and management of Exchange and Outlook). Powershell Scripting preferred.

Windows Server Administration preferred.

Active Directory preferred.

Prior help desk experience preferred. Differentiating factor: greater amount of experience.

Soft Skills:

Good written/verbal communication. Strong customer focus.

Team play. Interacts well within teams.
