Position: Project Manager (Financial)
Type: Contingent
Duration: 11 months (Possible Ext.) 
Location: Broomfield CO

This role is for a Project Manager in the Order to Cash (O2C) Global Process Owner (GPO) organization. The GPO team provides strategic direction, project leadership and process design for O2C functions. The primary responsibilities of this role are global project management and operational process support of Order to Cash functions. The candidate will apply international business experience while leading and managing projects in compliance with local statutory regulations, as well as Client policies. Solutions are developed in partnership with internal and external resources working across multiple e-commerce platforms and strategies.  Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.


  • Develops, plans, and implements system. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress.
  • Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future system requirements to meet organizational needs.
  • Must be able to efficiently coordinate, communicate and work with different teams across the organization that include Development, QA, Environment Support, etc.


  • The candidate has an eCommerce project management or technical background in Procurement, Payables or Receivables.
  • They have prior experience with various electronic languages and protocols.
  • They are a strong team leader with a proven track record in managing global virtual teams.
  • They understand the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, have experience in international business and an understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • The ideal candidate also has experience with Financials and/or Oracle eBusiness Suite.
  • This candidate will execute according to schedule, identify roadblocks and update stakeholders as appropriate.
  • They will manage pre and post-implementation support, change management across organizations, detailed documentation, and process improvement through project stabilization.
  • The person in this role may be called upon to support additional A/R initiatives, system testing, operational guidance and other projects as needed.
  • They will also be responsible for creating, maintaining and archiving detailed project and process documentation.
  • Other core competencies include strong problem solving and analytical skills with a very high degree of attention to detail.
  • The candidate must have strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • They have demonstrated success in project management with the ability to prioritize workloads while managing multiple global projects simultaneously.
  • References and sample work product will be required as part of the interview process.

Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
