Works closely with the business to understand business processes and drivers. Collaborates with the business in the development of business cases, project charters, process definitions, and functional requirements for small to medium-sized projects. Develops and maintains project plans and tracks and reports on status. Proficient in most aspects of analysis and is developing the full analysis capabilities described below.

assesses business needs and provides technical recommendations that improve productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness for new system implementations     

 Proactively partners with business customers and technical staff to define requirements; translates and documents recommendations into functional and technical specifications utilizing best-practice recommendations based on system capabilities. Collaborates with business partners, IT partners, and delivery teams and acts as liaison between function/business customers and technical experts. Plans, creates, documents, and conducts system testing and implementation activities, ensuring business requirements and functional specifications are implemented effectively and meet business objectives.

Creates documentation and provides application support and training to end users.

Experience defining software requirements for moderately complex products/solutions

• Experience in systems analysis and applying analytical skills and business knowledge to develop and implement innovative, technical solutions utilizing industry standard methodologies

• Proven ability to analyze moderately complex data and business processes and create process maps

• Experience creating queries, data modeling, and utilizing analytical tools (e.g. SQL) to create data extracts and reports

Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent collaboration skills in working together with others across all IT segments

Proficient in performing highly complex analysis

• Able to apply business knowledge to develop and deliver innovative, value-added improvements
