Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking an IT Service Support Specialist for our client in the Rochester Hills MI area.

Duties:

• Provide support and technical assistance to PC Integration customers.
• Answer questions or resolve computer \ OEM software problems for these customers via telephone, PC access software or email.
• Identify root cause of problems, troubleshoot and provide advice to assist end users.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems if necessary.
• May provide assistance concerning the use of desk side tools including hardware, software, printing, hardware/software installation, operating systems, network issues, Web support, and general technical troubleshooting.
• Perform desk side support duties including installation, maintenance, testing, of PC Integration on Customers' computers.
• Troubleshoot problems and takes corrective action.
