2 openings - $25 to $35/hr - 1 year plus estimated contract -
IT Service Desk Responsibilities:
- Serve as support for all IT requests.
- Install and Configure both OS X, and Windows systems. [OS familiarity
- Troubleshooting] Diagnose and correct issues with; Operating Systems, network connectivity both wired and wireless, mobile devices, Printers, VOIP devices, and video conferencing equipment.
- [AV] Setting up Audio Visual Hardware.
- Request management] Tracking service requests and resolutions using JIRA.
- Hardware inventory management] Organization of all IT items such as, TV’s, cameras, cables, peripherals, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Able to remain calm under stressful situations understanding that end users simply want their computers to work.
- A fundamental understanding of OS X, Windows, iOS and Android.
- Scripting experience major plus
