Volt has partnered with a leading company in Newport Beach to help identify a Junior Contracts Administrator for immediate hire.

In this role you will prepare contracts, change orders, and entry permits; set-up new vendors including collection of W9 forms and verifying ownership and contractor licenses; compliance review and tracking of certificates; maintain contract tracking system and inputting pertinent contract terms and critical contract dates; manage permits/licenses listing; communicate status of permits to each property; process capital expense requests and purchase orders; process invoices and check requests; file paper and electronic version of contracts; coordinate archiving of department documents; and other duties as needed. This is a temp to hire position. Pay rate is $20-25/hr. Hours are full time, M-F. This position offers a foot in the door of a top organization.
