Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a top automotive manufacturing company in Fountain Valley to help identify a Junior Recruiter for immediate hire.

Duties:

  • Work with hiring managers to qualify positions and develop recruiting plans
  • Source and develop a pool of qualified candidates
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers
  • Post openings with professional organizations, internet, newspapers, etc
  • Research new ways of using the internet for recruitment
  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • Assist in coordinating college recruiting initiatives
  • Review and screen resumes that come into company database
  • Conduct phone interviews prior to advancing with hiring managers
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Perform administrative / onboarding duties when needed, and maintain company internal/external recruiting systems

Requirements:

  • We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in recruiting.
  • A completed BA/BS degree is highly preferred but not required
  • Must be qualified in recruiting for professional level (administrative, customer service, sales, marketing, IT/Engineering, management level roles)

This position will pay between $25-27/hr.  Hours are full time, M-F from 8am - 5pm. It requires that you work onsite (not a telecommuting role). Position is long term temp, expected to last 1 year with potential to go temp to hire for the right person.
