Jr. Finance / Accounting Analyst for Marketing Department in Santa Ana, CA at Volt

Volt has partnered with  leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify a Junior Accounting / Financial Analyst to support their Marketing team.

In this role you would be responsible for the following:

• Inputting and tracking purchase requests
• Tracking budgets
• Maintaining spreadsheets and responding to ad hoc requests as needed
• Processing invoices and work order changes
• Assisting in the management and coordination of vehicles for teams (this may including taking the vehicles to be washed and filled with gas)
• Assisting with special projects (generating ROI, Sales Match-Back, Lead Generation report)

This role will be a mixture of 20% administrative duties and 80% analytical. 

We are looking for someone with 1 – 3 years of related experience. Strong finance and analytical experience a must.  Must also have a firm understanding of basic accounting principles. Must have advanced MS Excel skills.  Driving may be required so must have a clean DMV record and be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Position is long term temp, estimated to last up to 6 months. Pay rate is up to $26/hr. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm. Position will be mostly remote for now but will require onsite visits at the Fountain Valley facility when the vehicles come in.  It will eventually required full time onsite once the company returns back to work completely.
