OLED Research Engineer

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Test the optical and electronic properties of OLEDs to assess performance and operating characteristics
• Prepare substrates for OLED fabrication including: cleaning, UV/Ozone treatment, photolithography, etc.
• Characterize optical, electronic, and mechanical properties of new materials
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or related discipline
• Experience with data collection, or sample preperation, lab experience in a clean room environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with optical and electronic characterization of OLEDs or other optical or electronic devices

  • Position is a support role requiring more work direction whereby worker follows generally defined procedures.
  • Assumes responsibility for conducting assigned, well-defined technical tasks within an area of technical specialty at a project level.
  • Document experimental-data/observations in technical notebooks (or approved electronic files) and prepares reports to communicate results to the appropriate technical community.
